Supplication to Our Lady of the Rosary of Pompeii

In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O August Queen of Victories, * O Sovereign of Heaven and Earth, * in whose name the heavens rejoice and the abyss trembles, * o glorious Queen of the Rosary, we your devoted children *, * assembled in your temple Pompeii (in this solemn day *) (1) pour out the affection of our heart * and * with filial confidence expresse our miseries.
From the throne of mercy, where you sit * Queen * Turn, Mary, your merciful gaze * * about us, our families, * on Italy, on Europe, on the world. * * Have compassion on the sorrows and cares which embitter our lives. * See, O Mother, how many dangers and in the * body * how many calamities and afflictions press upon us.
O Mother, * begs for mercy from us, your divine Son * and * conquer with clemency the heart of sinners. * They are our brothers and your children * that * sweet Jesus to bleed and who sadden your most sensitive heart. * Shown to all as you are, * Queen of peace and forgiveness.

Hail Mary

* It is true that we, first, although your children with the sins * * back to crucify Jesus in our hearts * and pierce anew your heart.
We confess that we are * worthy of severe punishment, * but * You remember that, on Golgotha, * you gathered with the divine blood, * the will of the dying Savior, * who declared you to our Mother, * Mother of sinners. You then, * as our Mother, are our Advocate *, * our hope. * And we groan, * you stretch it with suppliant hands * crying "Mercy!
O good Mother, have mercy on us *, * on our souls, our families *, * our relatives * of our friends, our deceased *, * * and especially our enemies of many who call themselves Christians, * and yet offend the heart of your loving Son. * * Today we implore pity for the misguided nations, * for all of Europe, * for all the world, * so sorry you return to your heart.
mercy for all, * O Mother of Mercy!

Hail Mary

Kindly deign, O Mary, * to hear us! * Jesus has placed in your hands * all * the treasures of His graces and mercies.
You are seated, crowned Queen *, * to the right of your Son, resplendent * * immortal glory of the choirs of angels. * * You stretch your domain as the heavens are stretched out, you * and the earth and all creatures are subject .* *
You are the Almighty's grace, * therefore you can help. * If you not willing to help, because * ungrateful children and undeserving of your protection, * would not know to whom to turn. * Your mother's heart, * not allow us to see, * your children, lost. * The Child * See you on your knees and blessed rosary which we see in your hand, * inspire confidence that we shall be heard. * And we fully trust in you, * * we abandon ourselves as helpless children into the arms of the most tender of mothers, * And, today, * sigh expect from you the thanks.

Hail Mary

ask the blessing of Mary
* One last favor we now ask you, O Queen, * you can not refuse us (on this solemn day *) (1). * Give all of us your steadfast love * * and especially the motherly blessing.
* We shall not leave until you have blessed us. * Bless us, O Mary, at this time *, the Supreme Pontiff. * To the ancient splendor of your crown, * the triumphs of your Rosary, whence you are called * Queen of Victories, * add this one, or Mother: * Grant * the triumph of religion and peace to human society. * Bless our Bishops, Priests * * * and particularly all those who are zealous for the honor of your sanctuary. * Bless then all associated with your temple of Pompeii * * and those who cultivate and promote devotion to the Holy Rosary.

You will be our comfort in the hour of agony, you * the last kiss of our dying life.
And the last word from our lips will be your sweet name *, *, or Queen of the Rosary of Pompei, O dearest Mother *, * O Refuge of Sinners, O Sovereign * Comforter of the Afflicted.
Be everywhere blessed, today and forever *, * on earth and in heaven. * Amen.
