The course is aimed at girls and women with an age between 14 and 60 years for a maximum of 30 participants (two groups will be formed of 15 persons each).
The courses aim to teach participants to important concepts, with practical applications, useful for self-defense in case of attack by intruders who do not have of firearms. In 90% of women who have attended the courses have since acquired a technical mastery and a confidence of character that are then found to be important factors not only in case of aggression, but also in everyday interpersonal relations.
